Drew McIntyre is known for his ruthlessness inside the ring. This is because he inflicts a lot of pain on his opponents. However, he has gained a lot of attention from wrestling fans due to his controversial statements on social media.

He targeted several superstars with his outrageous comments, but now he has found a new victim in LA Knight. The 38-year-old took to X and replied to Knight’s post in which he clicked a picture with a Koala in Australia. Drew took a dig at him and said he was affected by STDs with an attached ‘fact sheet’ as proof.

Knight and Drew participated in 12-man qualifying matches, which would determine the participants for the Elimination Chamber match. The 37-year-old won the match against AJ Styles thanks to the distraction from Knight. The Megastar defeated Ivar with a BFT and also qualified. Although both superstars have never faced each other in the ring, a backstage altercation between them ignited a new rivalry.

The winner of the Elimination Chamber match will fight Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. Knight and Drew will battle in a singles match for the first time next week on SmackDown. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top and carries the momentum at Elimination Chamber. 

Drew McIntyre takes another dig at Cody Rhodes after he defeated him on Monday Night Raw

The Scottish Warrior, Drew McIntyre is going through one of his best phases right now. He caused destruction everywhere he went, brutally attacking several superstars. Now, he took a shot at Cody Rhodes after the latter suffered only his second loss since his return to WWE.

In the latest episode of Raw, Drew defeated the American Nightmare with a distraction from the Bloodline. McIntyre took advantage when the referee was busy dealing with Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso and won the match. He took to X and mocked Cody after he lost the match, saying better luck next time.

Cody won the Royal Rumble match and punched his ticket to WrestleMania as he challenged Roman Reigns for the title. Drew is only one step away from the title match against Rollins at the show of shows, but he has to defeat five other superstars to win the Elimination Chamber. Only time will tell who completes their stories at WrestleMania.
