Drew McIntyre is one of the most dominant superstars of the current generation and has proved that during his second stint in the WWE. He became a two-time WWE Champion during his second stint in the WWE and also won the Royal Rumble once. Drew McIntyre will be facing the Tribal Chief for the Undisputed Universal Championship at the Clash at the Castle live event. The Scottish Warrior has been involved himself in physical altercations and brawls with the Tribal Chief and his cousins.
This is Drew McIntyre’s first chance after last year’s crown jewel to win a Major WWE Championship. McIntyre had faced Big E at the Crown Jewel but had failed to win the bout. Drew McIntyre recently appeared on the Sky Football network, where he spoke about the parallels between his rise in the WWE and the Scottish Football Club The Rangers. The Rangers won the Scottish Premiership in 2020-2021, their first championship in 10 years. They had also reached the finals of the 2022 UEFA Europa League but lost to Eintracht Frankfurt.
McIntyre expressed his happiness that the Rangers were back in the Champions League and observed similarities between his career and the Rangers’ experiences over the last ten years. When he was dismissed from the WWE, he said that the Rangers were also at the bottom and claimed that each year, he and the Rangers battled their way up until the Rangers won the championship and he won the WWE Championship.
“It’s amazing to see them back in the Champions League, after everything we’ve been through for the past over 10 years now. It’s interesting to watch my career and Rangers you know parallel each other. You know I get fired from WWE those who know my story, Rangers get relegated to the bottom league, every year I fought up, they fought up. Eventually, I became WWE Champion, Rangers won the title, stopped Celtic (Rangers’ rival team). So, things are good for Drew, things are good for Rangers, it’s a good time all around.”
Roman Reigns issues a warning to Drew McIntyre

Roman Reigns recently appeared on the Good Morning Britain and during the interview he issued a warning to Roman Reigns ahead of their face off at the Clash at the Castle Live Event. According to Roman Reigns, he is the world’s finest guy and has a home ground advantage wherever he travels. Reigns stated that he is aware that Drew McIntyre may be feeling the momentum, but that he is still working for an 800-day reign that would be the greatest in pro wrestling history overall, not just in the contemporary age. Drew McIntyre will be a part of the procedure to reach the 800th day of his reign, according to Reigns.
The Clash at the Castle Live event will take place on September 3rd 2022 at Principality Stadium, Cardiff, Wales.
