Dwayne Johnson holding some position in WWE?
During one of his recent interviews with BNN Bloomberg, the former WWE Champion stated that although he’s a busy bird of the Hollywood cage, some talks have already been held between himself and WWE’s Co-CEO, Nick Khan about Johnson’s possible gig in the managerial throne of the multi-million dollar wrestling kingdom, WWE.
“Nick and I have talked about that, and we always enjoy that over a bottle of Teremana [Johnson’s tequila brand]. I love the wrestling business. I grew up in it. My grandfather [and] my dad started here in Canada, where [his father] was born. So, I’m not quite too sure if a board seat is in my future, but possibly other things are in my future, for sure,”
Johnson’s never-ending love for wrestling business was clearly reflected during the talk and he brought up his ancestor involvement in that industry as well. Although, he didn’t confirm a bench number but did assured of this possibility turning real somewhere down the road in future.
