He has also served a role as a producer for the drama series ‘Ballers’. Apart from being the top celebrity in the entertainment industry, Dwayne is a businessman. He is the co-founder of Seven Bucks Productions and the co-owner of XFL.
His run as the co-owner is filled with multiple ups and downs. The company has been a great platform for budding football players. XFL was in the news for its relationship with CFL. Dwayne also spoke his part on the same recently.
Dwayne Johnson confirms of XFL and CFL stall news
Dwayne was in an interview with Bloomberg, where he revealed the current relationship status of XFL with the CFL. “We were all in alliance at that time for some sort of partnership between the XFL and the CFL in the spirit of growing the game because we all love the game of football,” he said.
“We got down the line and eventually those conversations started to stall. We all agreed: respectfully, let’s put the pencils down and wish each other the best of luck,” he added. The CFL Commissioner, Randy Ambrosie also revealed once that XFL and CFL are not bound for any kind of formal arrangements.
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is currently busy promoting his latest hit Black Adam with great enthusiasm. The movie by DC is sure to be a chartbuster. The superstar himself has great confidence in the same. It will be after its release everywhere that he’ll be able to give his 100% to his other ventures.
There are rumours and high speculations of him returning to the WWE ring at WrestleMania to go one on one with his cousin Roman Reigns. Roman is the current WWE Undisputed Universal Champion. However, neither The Rock nor WWE has confirmed the same. The audience can only sit back and wait for him.
