AEW superstar Christian Cage verbally abused Wardlow again in an offensive promo this week on AEW Dynamite. He insulted both Wardlow and his deceased father in front of the fans at AEW. As a result, fans despised Christian Cage’s promo and responded to the sickening comments on social media.
After returning with Luchasaurus and confronting the newly crowned TNT Champion, Wardlow, Christian Cage challenged him to a championship match. Wardlow was accompanied by ‘The Enforcer’ Arn Anderson. Moreover, the 49-year-old also insulted and called out Anderson in his recent promo.
Christian Cage has been the center of abomination for the fans for months now. During his feud with Jungle Boy, Cage called out his parents and sister, which caused a lot of revulsion. Unfortunately, the AEW fans never got a proper blow-off to their feud as Cage got injured before they could clash with each other.
While talking with Tony Schiavone this week on AEW Dynamite, Christian Cage talked about why he is the number one contender for the TNT Championship. Cage said that all the wrestlers in AEW currently have “daddy issues”. Moreover, he implied that the AEW wrestlers need the assistance of a senior and a legend like him to win matches.
