WrestleMania 13, held on March 23, 1997, at the Rosemont Horizon in Chicago, Illinois, was a pivotal moment in WWE history. The event saw many memorable matches and moments. But perhaps none more so than the iconic Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Bret “The Hitman” Hart at WrestleMania 13.
At the time, Austin was a rising star in the WWE, while Bret Hart was a veteran and former WWE Champion. The two had a longstanding rivalry. With Austin playing the role of the brash, defiant rebel, and Hart portraying the seasoned, technical wrestler.
