It has been nearly a month since Charlotte Flair got injured. Since then, she has been keeping her social media accounts busy by giving her fans all the updates on her road to recovery. It seems her latest post has some good news for her fans, as they can see her visit to the rehab center.
Captioned “Day 2: Baby Steps“, the video shows the 37-year-old entering the rehab facility on crutches. Later, Flair is seen performing some exercises like single-leg bridges and squats. Testing the range of motion for her leg, The Queen performed the checks to test her contraction and extension capabilities.
The WWE Universe also saw Flair shouting “no pain, no gain” as she hesitated amidst her session. This video acted as a morale booster for her fans, who are missing her presence in the squared circle. Lastly, the physician cheered up the multi-time women’s champion by telling her how she’s ahead of her game; however, she must exercise caution and shouldn’t stress too much.
For those who don’t know, Charlotte was last seen squaring up against the Empress of Tomorrow, Asuka. Despite having faced each other several times, the December 8, 2023, match on SmackDown ended badly for Flair. Stuck in a top-rope spot, she tweaked her knee in a nasty fall and had to be rushed out. The Queen recently expressed her gratitude to the fans who gave her emotional support before going for the surgery.

Charlotte Flair has been pouring her heart out on social media, as fans have been in constant touch to support her. The void created by her absence has been felt by fans as well as fellow superstars. However, she has a tough journey ahead, and fans are making sure that their beloved Queen has all the mental support she can get.
While some fans gave a sincere reaction, others added a bit of humor to lighten up The Queen. One fan had encouraging words when he quoted how significant progress has taken place just within 2 days of the rehab. Others gave manifesting power to Charlotte by affirming that she had this.
If the estimates are correct based on the updates she shared on social media, the 14-time women’s champion is likely to miss WrestleMania this year. Many speculations had risen about how it could ultimately lead to the return of Sasha Banks to WWE. It would be a test of the prayers of the fans that would ultimately determine when Flair would be back in the squared circle.
