“I think we would make a great tag team”; Finn Balor thinks of teaming up with AJ Styles to make an excellent pair

The journey of Finn Balor and AJ Styles have been wonderful over the years. They both have been excellent performers in and out of the ring. They both made a great impression in both the main brands of WWE and are capable of adding value to every show they turn up for.
Styles was recruited to SmackDown, and in less than a year, he won the WWE Championship. Balor turned out to be the first Universal Champion when he appeared for the first time on the roster. WWE has been posing some serious restrictions on the relationship between the former tag team partners ever so.
They both are former members of the Bullet Club as well and have a history between themselves. They didn’t seem to cross each other’s paths at all since their debuts, but they competed against each other in a single match at TLC 2017, and it was a hell of a match!
When Finn Balor was interviewed by CBS Sports, he told that:
“Obviously, me and AJ have kind of a storied history,” Balor told CBS Sports. “We’ve always kind of crossed paths but never really interacted too much. When I went to Japan, he was in TNA, When I came to the U.S., he went to Japan. When I came to Raw, he went to SmackDown. So, we’ve always kind of missed each other outside of that one match we had, and that was sprung on us at the last minute. But we’ve got very similar paths and a lot of mutual friends.”
“He’s someone I would love to not only tag with but be in the ring in some capacity. Whether it’s standing across the ring from him one-on-one or if it’s standing side-by-side, I think we would make a great tag team. Whether it’s in NXT, Raw or SmackDown, I would love to be in there with AJ.”

We all know what Balor has achieved throughout his career, and it’s no denial of the fact. Finn Balor tweeted about his accomplished milestones and that’s what got the attention of Alberto Del Rio. Balor posted a photo of the titles and accolades he has received from this company over the years and Del Rio has nothing but to praise one of the most decorated performers of this generation for his achievements.
