In a surprising turn of events on this week’s Raw, R-Truth, known for his relentless attempts to join Judgement Day, took an unconventional route. Trying various shenanigans, including breaking into the Judgement Day clubhouse, Truth sought to win favor with the group. This week, he went a step further by selling Judgement Day merchandise and sharing the profits.
During the match between Awesome Truth and Judgement Day, R-Truth shared the profits from the merch sale, which are quite popular with the WWE Universe. The veteran split the profit equally with Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio, humorously excluding JD McDonagh.
Later, Balor and Mysterio happily split the money from R-Truth’s merchandise sales, humorously leaving out McDonagh. The playful exclusion was explained by the Grand Slam Champion due to JD’s name not being on the merchandise, injecting a fun element into the scenario.
The Miracle on 34th Street Fight added another layer to the storyline as R-Truth hilariously placed himself in Judgement Day and excluded the 33-year-old. However, Judgement Day clarified that it was a joke, and the legend remained outside the group. As a result, he has since teased McDonagh’s presence in the faction.
R-Truth shared that Damian Priest played a key role in advocating for his involvement with The Judgment Day
During an appearance on the Busted Open podcast, R-Truth shared insights into his unexpected involvement with The Judgment Day group on WWE Raw. Returning to the Raw brand in late 2023 after recovering from a serious leg injury, the veteran embraced the opportunity to work alongside the faction boasting Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley, WWE Tag Team Champions Damian Priest and Finn Balor, along with Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh.
