WrestleMania 40 is around the corner, and the excitement for it is soaring high into the skies. Almost every championship is being defended on the Shows of Shows, which includes the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship. The Judgment Day is heading into the ladder match with the biggest threat to their titles. However, Finn Balor has made that process more complex with his forehead injury.

A video originally posted by Finn Balor shows his swollen forehead with red bruises towards the left side. The terrifying look of Balor was made dramatic as he initially had his back facing the camera. But a slow turn revealed his injury, and he still looked healthy enough with a fierce look in his eyes.

The injury spot is unknown, but the match that made it happen was against The New Day. At WWE’s live event in Syracuse on Sunday, The Judgment Day defended their championships against Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods in a successful manner. It can be assumed that a boot on the forehead damaged him.

Balor and Damian Priest will be on the go-home episode of Monday Night Raw before WrestleMania 40. It will be exciting to see what goes into the tag team division now that the remaining five opponent teams are decided. A potential segment would occur on Raw or SmackDown that would bring all those 12 men together and showcase their talents to reach the top of the ladder and grab the championship.

Going into WrestleMania 40, Finn Balor has suffered a forehead swell injury from a tag team match at a recent live event. When that very video was posted on X, wrestling fans could not hold their emotions and showed their concerns. A few reactions expressed their condolences for the The Judgment Day member.

Adding to the six-man tag team threat, Finn’s injury has made the stakes even more dangerous. The WWE Universe was kind enough to care about Balor’s safety. But some comments took the funny side and compared his forehead with JD McDonagh.

At WrestleMania 40, they will be forced to defend the title against five other teams in a ladder match. Three teams from Raw include Awesome Truth, #DIY, and The New Day. Meanwhile, SmackDown has New Catch Republic and A-Town Down Under competing in the ladder match.
