On the first night of WrestleMania 40, The Judgment Day duo of Finn Balor and Damien Priest lost their tag titles in a hard hitting bout. Balor would take several hits from the barbaric ladder match. He would later share pictures of his scars which he suffered in this match.
Taking to his X account, the Irishman showed his battle scars on his elbow. While showing this off, he recalled getting 14 staples after his WrestleMania match against Edge last year and was perhaps thankful he did not have to go through something like this again.
At WrestleMania 39 the Demon battled Edge inside the Hell in a Cell. In a brutal match the 42-year-old busted his head when the WWE Hall of Famer threw a ladder in his way. The match was delayed for a while as he started bleeding badly from the cut. After the doctors cleaned him, he was allowed to continue the match, which he lost.
