AEW has been a top rival company for WWE in the past couple of years. As soon as a superstar is released from WWE, speculations about him/her joining AEW starts surfacing on the internet. Recently, a few former WWE personalities were spotted backstage at the recent episode of AEW Dynamite. Since then, fans have been speculating on various things on the internet.

Recently, on the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, former WWE superstars Lana and Summer Rae were spotted along with David Arquette. The presence of David is not a shocker for the fans due to his association with AEW Superstars such as Colt Cabana and Ethan Page. However, Lana’s presence has surely raised eyebrows as she has been away from pro wrestling.

According to Fightful Select, Lana, Summer Rae and David were backstage during AEW Dynamite. However, both female superstar’s presence came as a shock to the fans. The two superstars have been out of action for a while now. Summer Rae mentioned in past interviews that she wants to be the manager for the AEW World Tag Team Champions, The Lucha Bros.

Lana being backstage on the AEW Dynamite is a direct hint towards her coming into the scene as an associate of her husband Miro. Fightful’s report notes that Miro and Lana own a home in the Nashville area. Therefore, there’s a very good possibility that the former WWE superstar might join AEW in some capacity.

Lana and Summer Rae have not appeared on television for a significant period of time. Summer Rae competed in the Royal Rumble match in 2022 and hasn’t been seen since then. It will be interesting to see the direction these former WWE stars take as they are speculated to debut in AEW.
