Former NXT star hits back at fans who “bi*ched and complained” about him not wrestling on WWE SmackDown

WWE Draft 2023 saw NXT superstar Grayson Waller get drafted to SmackDown. Ever since he debuted on the Blue Brand, Waller has been hosting his talk show with various stars. The Arrogant Aussie had some things to confess to his fans, and he did it on his social media handles. Posting a video of himself explaining his leg injury, Grayson stated how he is not thankful to his social media folks.
The video posted on Twitter and Instagram shows Grayson Waller wearing a Sacramento Kings jersey at the WWE Performance Center. He started by saying how he suffered his right leg injury against Carmelo Hayes on his last appearance on NXT. But being a “straight-up gangster” from Southwestern Sydney, he didn’t back off but actually saw a spike in his career as he got drafted to SmackDown.
The fact that he was drafted even after being unable to wrestle or barely walk makes his presence special for WWE. The conclusion he derived from it was that Grayson’s value with one leg was greater than that of others with their pair. Even after his injury, he did not forget the essence of entertaining the audience, as he kept on hosting his talk show every week on SmackDown.
The former NXT star hosted huge superstars like AJ Styles and Charlotte Flair. Moreover, Logan Paul will be a special guest on his show in the next episode of SmackDown. After this brief address on Twitter, Grayson Waller announced that he has good news and bad news. He stated that the bad news was that the social media folks were not thankful and appreciative of him.
The SmackDown superstar said that the fans kept on bi*ching and complaining about Waller being unwilling to wrestle. With being inadequate at enjoying his presence on Friday Nights. He said that the good news was a positive update on his health, as he stated that the fans would be seeing him in the ring very soon.
Grayson Waller feels a brotherhood with Logan Paul
This week’s SmackDown Lowdown featured Grayson Waller catching up with Megan Morant. Where Grayson stated his views on the go-home edition of SmackDown having the Grayson Waller Effect segment. He hyped up the show while announcing the guest would be social media star Logan Paul.
He stated that the London show had to be made bigger with the inclusion of Logan. Paul will be competing in the Money in the Bank ladder match in the same ring within 24 hours. Hence, his questions would pose some real toughness for the Maverick and could be prominent in his upcoming match.
Grayson Waller then stated that people backstage do not really like Paul, but he himself feels a brotherhood for with him. He compared himself with the YouTube, stating both of them to be good-looking and extremely athletic. Waller then expressed his excitement for having Logan Paul on his show in London.
