WWE superstar Grayson Waller roasted the English fans at Money in the Bank, going against the British crowd in the O2 Arena. Waller tried to annoy the fans present at the London event by stating the superiority of Australia over England. And now he has just found just another thing to brag about with Australia winning the second consecutive test against England in the Ashes series. The 33-year-old took to Twitter to mock England cricket team, citing the outcome of the Ashes.
Grayson Waller wrote how England keeps losing everywhere, whether it is about hosting WrestleMania or in the Ashes series against Australia. His statement came as a result of his reply to the “cricket.co.au” Twitter handle that posted the news of the Australian team’s victory by 45 runs. Waller, being an Aussie, proved his point of Australian dominance even during the Money in the Bank event against John Cena.
The O2 Arena was submerged by Cena’s surprising return at the Money in the Bank event. However, Grayson Waller interrupted him as a part of his heel tactic to let down the audience. He annoyed the fans when he denied the idea of London hosting WrestleMania. The former NXT star suggested that his home country, Australia, is a better place for The Showcase of Immortals.
The Grayson Waller Effect, hosted by Waller, has witnessed many prominent names like AJ Styles, Charlotte Flair and Logan Paul making their appearances. The next edition of this talk show will be seen on the July 7 episode of SmackDown, with the guest being Rated-R Superstar Edge. The stakes for this show will be higher, and the venue for that special SmackDown will be the iconic Madison Square Garden.
Grayson Waller likely to face John Cena at SummerSlam 2023

Money in the Bank event became one of the most decorated premium live events of 2023. With massive moments all throughout the show, it even marked the surprising return of John Cena. The 16-time champion addressed the crowd in London and promised them that London would host WrestleMania in the coming years.
John Cena was then interrupted by Grayson Waller, who denied the fact that England would host WrestleMania. He suggested Australia as a better option. While his heated exchanges with Cena went on, the latter delivered an Attitude Adjustment for disrespecting him and the British crowd.
This year has already seen Cena battle with Austin Theory at WrestleMania 39 for his United States Championship. Grayson Waller is likely to face John Cena at SummerSlam. There have been reports that John Cena’s segment was implemented for a specific reason. It could very well lead to his match at the Biggest Party of The Summer.
