Grayson Waller reveals the behind-the-scenes story that drove him to play a heel persona on WWE television
In a recent interview, the Arrogant Aussie revealed his real-life nature and drew similarities with his on-screen persona.

Grayson Waller has been nailing his character ever since getting called up from NXT. He is one of the most entertaining heel superstars on the roster. Recently, The Arrogant Aussie was interviewed by Ryan Satin, where he talked about his heel persona and revealed some exciting things.
Grayson Waller said his on-screen character reflects his real nature and is very close to reality. He added that anyone who knows him in real life would say that there is no difference between him on and off the screen. The former NXT star has been killing his persona on the main roster.
While speaking on Out of Character, Grayson Waller said that he was not always like this and had to change himself. Waller felt that he was pretty nice to everyone, which he considered a negative thing. Therefore, it prompted him to be more ruthless towards people in real life as well as in his on-screen character.
The 33 year old superstar also discussed about the image of superstar in the eyes of the WWE Universe. Waller revealed that only a number of people know him personally. Expressing his delight, he called it the best thing about pro-wrestling and said that no one knows who he really is in real.
The Arrogant Aussie has constantly been featured in prominent segments. He wrestled WWE Hall of Famer, Edge on his debut match in the special episode of SmackDown in Madison Square Garden. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for the former NXT star on the main roster.

Michael Hayes expresses his thoughts on Grayson Waller
Grayson Waller had a dream come true moment in his main roster debut match against Edge on Smackdown, held at Madison Square Garden. He suffered a loss at the hands of the Rated-R superstar. However, the loss does not bother him, as he got to share an iconic moment against a WWE legend.
In an interview with MMA Hour, he was asked about the backstage reaction to his debut match. To which he hilariously replied that all he remembers is Michael Hayes saying it’s all downhill from here. Waller affirmed Hayes’ statement, saying Hayes is not wrong as Waller had John Cena at the O2 Arena and then Edge on SmackDown.
The Arrogant Aussie stated that everything was so quick that it became overwhelming. Furthermore, he said that all this glory happened expeditiously, and it felt good to be congratulated. Waller has a bright future ahead, it will be interesting to see how his story shapes up in the coming time.
