NXT 2.0’s Grayson Waller mocks Seth Rollins for training Nathan Frazer
Grayson Waller took a cheeky jibe at Seth Rollins.
The mighty Australian upstart and current NXT 2.0 star, Grayson Waller has seemingly taken a shot over Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins recently for the latter being the wrestling guru of Nathan Frazer.
This week’s edition of NXT 2.0 saw the debut of Nathan Frazer, who was previously wrestling on NXT UK. While he was about to make in-ring debut, Waller entered the ring out of nowhere taking down Frazer’s scheduled opponent and started talking trash about him. Responding to the offensive comments in regards to himself, Frazer performed a ‘jaw-dropping’ dive middle of the ropes on Waller.
In response to the punishment he received upon the hands of Nathan Frazer, the frustrated Aussie went on Twitter to vent his anger out. He tweeted out – “Fact of the day – if being trained by Seth Rollins is your only personality trait, you don’t actually have any personality”.
Frazer was quick to respond to the tweet of Waller, saying “Fact of the day – Seth Rollins thinks Grayson Waller sucks”.
Obviously Grayson tweeted this out in response to Frazer’s attacks but it surely did drew some eyeballs because of the other man mentioned in the tweet and that’s Seth Rollins. To those who don’t know about this, the NXT UK upstart Nathan Frazer is being trained by the visionary Seth Rollins himself.
With this, he indirectly took a shot over Rollins for letting a man know that he’s no personality trait if he’s been trained by him. It’s interesting to see that Waller pulled in the Rollins in his chat regarding Frazer.
Meanwhile, Grayson Waller is set to go one-on-one with Nathan Frazer on next week’s special episode of NXT: Spring Breakin’., this match will mark Nathan Frazer’s NXT 2.0 debut match.
Grayson Waller is one of the top stars on WWE NXT 2.0
Ever since getting refurbished from NXT Black and Gold to NXT 2.0 the show underwent many changes in regards to it’s concept and mainstay focus.
Recalling to what NXT’s black and gold brand was, we’ll get some ever lasting memories of hard-hitting 5-star classics, epic Takeover main-events and many great factions (including Adam Cole’s Undisputed Era stable). But now that concept is slightly diversified into a much of an Entertainment product alongside just great wrestling matches.
It’s been almost 7 months since it’s rebranding to NXT 2.0 and we’ve seen some of the breakouts during this period who will surely become the future superstars in WWE. One such example is of Grayson Waller who posses that charisma in the ring alongside the ability of piling up the hear upon himself from the audience.
Walleralso got called-up to WWE Raw in late December to take part in a feud with AJ Styles which was probably a test-run for the Aussie superstar. It would be really interesting to see how Grayson Waller evolves himself more into a matured guy in his upcoming time in WWE.
