Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes have undoubtedly been the center of attraction for Monday Night Raw lately. The two men have been on a roll since their match at WrestleMania 38 and WWE continuing their rivalry for a match at WrestleMania Backlash was one of the best decisions made by the company lately. Though the two men have not earned a lot of TV time together, their rivalry has been one of the most intriguing rivalries in WWE now.
The past week of Monday Night Raw saw Seth Rollins coming out and pushing Cody Rhodes to accept his challenge of a match with an opponent of Visionary’s choosing. This not only made Rhodes get into the same spot Rollins was at the 38th edition of the Grandest Stage of them All, it also brought a lot of attraction to their match at WrestleMania Backlash.
WWE legend Mark Henry loved the segment between the two and praised both of them for their in-ring chemistry and performances. Here’s what he said: “The whole story of Cody not knowing who he was gonna wrestle and they did a good job of not giving any hint. So when I heard Kevin’s music, I was like, ‘Oh man.’ He got exactly what was done to him at WrestleMania. So they paid that off. I thought it was just a pretty damn impressive show.”

The most recent episode of the red brand saw Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes kick things off with a war of words which eventually led to a main event match. This was followed by too Superstars like Sasha Banks, Naomi, Randy Orton, Riddle, and many more appear which appeared to be great for many including the world’s strongest man, Mark Henry. Here’s what he said:
“I thought they did a great job, doing what I’ve seen AEW do over the last couple of years as booking a show. I mean, you start with Seth Rollins and Cody in the ring, setting up the main event which was unbelievable, and then you give the people what they want. They wanted Sasha and Naomi and they got it. The Street Profits and RK-Bro were the meat of it. Hand-to-hand, was the best match for me from an excitement standpoint.”
