SHOCKING: Indie Wrestler appears on both WWE and AEW shows at the same night, leaves fans astonished
WWE and AEW both are top wrestling promotions in the world today. While WWE still remains at the top with having more experience than any other organisation in this industry, it would not be wrong to say that it has faced competition from the rival promotion from time to time. AEW had started in 2019 as a direct competition to WWE. As many WWE Superstars who had left the company in 2018 went on to directly associate themselves with the rival promotion.
This included the likes of Cody Rhodes, Chris Jericho, Dean Ambrose (Now: Jon Moxley) which formed the basis of the company. Due to its less rigid structure and non PG elements like more violence, use of strong language and giving more creative freedom to wrestlers, Tony Khan’s company gained a huge popularity.

Indie Wrestler Katie Arquette appears on WWE RAW AND AEW Dark at the same night
The two promotions often started getting compared to each other as they took shots on each other multiple times with AEW wrestlers mocking the company in their promos. It was not far away that fans and observers started keeping a close watch on numbers of both the companies and this rat race among them still remains the talk of the town.
But, there is a rare feat that an Indie wrestler recently achieved by appearing on WWE and AEW shows on the same night. Indie wrester Katie Arquette appeared on both AEW Dark: Elevation while she also showed up on WWE Raw as well. Both Dark and RAW are aired on Monday Nights, while Dark: Elevation is taped, RAW airs live on the USA network.
Arquette is wrestling since 2017 in the Indie scene and she made her debut in a losing effort to Britt Baker at IWC Proving Ground 6. Arquette wrestled Serena Debb at AEW Dark: Elevation where she lost the match and then would appear on RAW as a part of 6- woman tag team match against Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss and Asuka. She was part of the losing faction with Dani Mo and Kay Sparks and wrestled as Katie Arks.
Arquette is only the second woman to achieve this feat as it was previously achieved by Cameron Stewart who had appeared on both Dark and RAW in September 2021. This can become a common practice ahead as Indie wrestlers can be hired by big companies to show up for one time segments or for squash matches as compared to full time signed stars who cannot make cross promotion appearances as they are barred by their contracts to do so.
