According to some reports, Cody Rhodes is said to undergo surgery to repair his torn pectoral muscle. The surgery will reportedly happen on Thursday. This will go tough on “The Dashing Cody Rhodes,” who had stated that capturing the WWE Championship is his top priority since his comeback.

Last month, Rhodes addressed the Sports Illustrated:

“Roman Reigns and I, we haven’t had any interactions yet,” “We haven’t crossed paths in the ring. I’ve seen enough to know he is incredible, and even better when you see him up close. So, this isn’t the easiest path I’ve chosen. But I know I can do this”.

The recovery time for a torn pectoral muscle isn’t a short one, based on experiences of Triple H, John Cena and Elias, we may see Cody Rhodes out of action for at least four to five months. We may see Rhodes returning to action in December 2022 or January 2023. WWE has some big options for Rhodes return; Two of which would be “The Survivor series” and “The royal rumble”, which will happen after the Survivor Series.

Let’s Hope Rhodes has a Speedy and Full Recovery and that once he returns, he can resume his quest for the WWE Championship.
