Is Ezekiel Elias? Truth revealed on RAW

Due to several returns, debuts, and the fallout from the show of shows, Raw following Wrestlemania is undoubtedly the most important edition of Monday Night Raw. A couple of weeks ago, on this special edition of Raw, Ezekiel showed up, who claims himself to be the younger brother of Elias, and not Elias himself. It seemed that WWE had repackaged him with a new gimmick and a new name but he has been continuously denying the question of him being Elias.
Ezekiel undertakes the lie detector test

Kevin Owens welcomed Ezekiel as a guest on The KO Show this week on WWE Monday Night Raw. Owens was accompanied by Chad Gable on a quest to establish that Ezekiel is actually Elias. The lie detector exam was administered by Gable. After a few baseline questions, the suspect was asked whether he was Elias or not, with a twist and turn of multiple questions. All the answers answered by Ezekiel indicated that he is indeed Ezekiel and not Elias.
The lie detector, monitored by Gable justified his answers and proved that its Ezekiel, Elias’ younger brother. The test results confirmed that he was speaking the truth. When asked if Elias is his older brother, the findings revealed that he is. When Owens asked if his real name is Elias, the results showed that he was telling the truth when he stated “no.” This led to Gable attacking him and the latter making his Monday Night Raw in-ring debut.
Ezekiel says he hasn’t seen Elias in months

Ezekiel maintains his claims that he is not Elias, but instead his younger brother. He continued his gimmick on The Pat McAfee Show this week, stating that he hadn’t seen his brother in months. After losing to Jaxon Ryker on Raw several times, “The Drifter” was written off the television in August 2021, followed by a few vignettes in which he was shown burning his guitar on fire and stating “Elias is dead.”
“It’s been months since I’ve seen my brother,” Ezekiel said. “I miss the guy. Despite all the trouble he liked to cause, he was actually quite a good brother to me. I miss him, but he’s out doing his own thing. He’ll pop back up when it feels right. In the meantime, I’m here. I’m his younger brother and I’m having a great time in the WWE.”
He then continued his kayfabe storyline by saying: “The family was a bit torn up, but this is Elias. This is what he does. On the other end, they are so proud of me, they’re so excited. They can’t wait to see me. They gather around the TV for Monday Night Raw, just like I used to when I would watch Elias. It’s a great full circle.”
