Jeff Hardy was recently arrested for substance abuse once again

Jeff Hardy is an well-established name in the world of professional wrestling. He’s is better known to be one of the best to ever do this. Over the years he earned name during his runs with WWF(now WWE), TNA and he’s currently signed with AEW. Hardy has been very open about one of his inner demons which stopped him into becoming a completely healthy person and that is the Alcoholic addiction.

He had struggled throughout his journey with alcoholism as he previously also been arrested multiple times due to his rash actions after consuming these antisocial elements. Jeff was recently arrested once again while he was driving on a highway in Volusia County by the Florida Highway Patrol.

The cops fumed on Hardy from their vehicle to stop his Dodge Charger and were successful in doing so as they insisted that his car was waving around in the pathway and was being driven rash. Fortunately, Hardy opened his window without any scene being created and the 3 cops immediately pointed out guns at Jeff while he was getting out of his car which looked like a terrifying entity at the site.

They further took him aside the road for further investigation conducting out various field sobriety tests. Hardy clearly stumbled and shaked during these evaluations and he was definitely not in his utmost consciousness at that moment. They then decided to arrest Jeff Hardy on the basis of DUI.

Tony Khan issues an official statement over Jeff Hardy

Yesterday Tony Khan got the light into this Jeff Hardy saga as went on to issue an official statement upon his actions. He said that,

“We were able to resume contact with Jeff Hardy this afternoon,” Khan’s statement read. “AEW does not condone Jeff’s alleged behavior. We’ve made it clear to Jeff that we’ll assist him in getting treatment for substance abuse issues, which he has indicated that he’s open to receiving. In the interim, he is suspended without pay, and he can only return to AEW upon successfully completing treatment and maintaining his sobriety. Jeff Hardy was originally scheduled for this week’s AEW Dynamite but now he’s pulled from all those listings now for the foreseeable future.
