One way or another, wrestling has always found its companion in music. Melodic crossovers during wrestling events, especially WWE, have been a well-versed affair over the years. Taylor Swift, the biggest artist of her generation, is now known to be deeply connected with WWE Hall of Famer and current AEW Superstar, Jeff Jarrett. Since the day Swift’s viral photograph at Jeff’s place surfaced, it’s added even more history.
Recently, Double J was a guest on TalkSport. He shared his entire with Taylor Swift. At first, Jarrett called her a family friend. Actually, Taylor was his doorstep neighbor in Hendersonville. This dates back a long point in time. The 33-year-old musician used to babysit Jarrett’s daughters and gave them piano lectures too. Moreover, Double J’s little ones got to feature in Swift’s 2010 song – Mine.
“She’s from Hendersonville – a friend of the family. There was a recent tweet that resurfaced and people were like, ‘Is that photoshopped,’ and I’m like, ‘Who’s going to go out of their way to photoshop Taylor in my house playing the piano?”, Jarrett told TalkSport. Apparently, Swift’s connection with Jarrett runs deeper, and it wasn’t known by many.
The current AEW Director of Business Development also revealed that Taylor stays in touch with his daughters. It’s pretty wholesome to know that superstardom hasn’t gotten into Swift’s mind. That said, she keeps checking back with the Jarrett family. Her concerts are shaking the ground at the moment. Her recent shows in Seattle caused seismic activity almost as if a 2.3 magnitude earthquake tremor had hit.

Taylor Swift sang her first album to the Jarrett Family

Before making it to the global stage, Taylor Swift had a homely connection with the Jarrett Family. As a result, she sang her 1st album in front of the stated family, as revealed by Jeff Jarrett in the aforementioned interview. That even led to Jarrett’s wife shed tears at the sight. She loved every bit of that and her daughters too sang in unison.
Jarrett’s then-alive wife, Jill Gregory, sadly passed away in 2007. However, she did experience Swift’s melancholy before leaving for the heavens. Jeff recalled that recitation from Taylor as something out of the god. How poetic it really is that Jeff Jarrett‘s on-screen character has always revolved around musical instruments, especially guitar.
Just imagine if Jarrett’s close bond with Swift ever droves her to perform for AEW. That would just blow the chart off Tony Khan‘s company. He could book the world’s biggest arena for the show which would supposedly have Swift on it, and it will not take more than a day to sell out. But, that’s just an outwardly fascination and would probably never come to fruition.
