The Intercontinental Championship match between champion, Gunther and challenger, Jey Uso was the main event of this week’s Raw. As expected, the two had an enthralling encounter. However, the ending of the bout saw Jimmy Uso cost his brother his first singles title in WWE. Hence, allowing The Ring General to elongate his record-breaking reign.

Jey delivered five massive spears to Gunther during the latter stages of the match. Later, the former Bloodline member hit the frog splash and looked closer than ever to destiny. Just when the referee was about to count to three, Jimmy rang the bell and caused a distraction. Subsequently, chaos ensued at ringside, with the twin brothers attacking each other. Jimmy gained the upper hand and delivered a beatdown on Jey.

After months of constant teases and hints, it seems that the brother-versus-brother match will take place at WrestleMania. The rivalry kicked off at last year’s SummerSlam when Jimmy betrayed Jey during The Tribal Combat bout. As a result, the latter left The Bloodline and momentarily quit WWE before jumping ship to Raw with the help of Cody Rhodes.

The Usos have previously revealed their ambition to fight each other at the Showcase of Immortals. Amid the ongoing Bloodline drama, Jey is most likely to play a huge role on the Road to WrestleMania. It will be interesting to see how the 38-year-old responds to his brother once again, costing him a chance to win a singles title.

Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa sent a message on behalf of The Bloodline on Raw

This past week on SmackDown, The Bloodline gained more power in the form of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. The faction warned Cody Rhodes, sending him a message ahead of the main event of WrestleMania. On tonight’s episode of Raw, Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa interfered in The American Nightmare’s match, costing him his first pinfall loss since WrestleMania 39.

Evidently, Roman Reigns sent the pair on a mission to make a statement. Jimmy distracting his brother and former Bloodline member, Jey Uso, made the message more clear. The Road to WrestleMania for Cody surely won’t be an easy one.

The former Intercontinental Champion will have to deal with similar attacks from The Bloodline as he looks to finally “finish the story.” Therefore, fans can expect the popular superstar to give a befitting reply when he joins Seth Rollins on The Grayson Waller Effect at Elimination Chamber.
