The Arrogant Aussie Grayson Waller is performing as one of the strongest heels on SmackDown right now. Having a sharp tongue and outspoken guts. Moreover, he often invites WWE legends like The Rock on his talk show, The Grayson Waller Effect. The same show will feature John Cena as a guest next week on SmackDown.

Both of the stars shared the ring two months ago in London at Money in the Bank. Waller interrupted Cena and the former invited the Champ to his show. However, Cena declined the offer and instead hit him with an Attitude Adjustment. But now the scenario has changed, as the Cenation Leader will be a guest on The Grayson Waller Effect for the first time.

This segment was officially announced yesterday by WWE on their website. The same was even mentioned by Grayson Waller this week on SmackDown when he sat as a commentator for the match between LA Knight and Austin Theory. It will be interesting to see the two superstars once again confront each other.

John’s appearance last week on SmackDown saw him address the crowd in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The next night saw him being the host for Payback and even being the guest referee for the match between LA Knight and The Miz. But he missed this week’s episode due to his presence at Superstar Spectacle in India.

What will unfold for John Cena on SmackDown?

The Cenation Leader will make regular appearances on SmackDown. His consistent run of two months will begin next week as he joins The Grayson Waller Effect as a special guest. Although Cena’s upcoming plans are still ambiguous, next week’s SmackDown will give a clear picture of what’s in store for him.

The heel duo of Austin Theory and Grayson Waller is seemingly targeting LA Knight now. Thus, John’s support for the Megastar will neutralize the scenario, eliminating the numbers advantage. WWE could make it a tag team match between LA Knight, John Cena, and Austin Theory, Grayson Waller. The company could also book Cena in a singles feud with Waller.

Initially, the 16-time World Champion was rumored to face LA Knight. The crowd would have had a tough time choosing between Knight and Cena if the match had happened. Thus, to eliminate the chaos, a simple heel vs. face feud would make sense to have Cena entertain the WWE Universe.
