John Cena will make an appearance on RAW on 27th June to celebrate his 20th anniversary in WWE. John Cena’s gimmick, persona, and in-ring performances are loved and praised all over the world. Early on in his career Cena showed the WWE Universe that he has the potential to act in the movies and be an action star that he is today.
John Cena’s looks, his physique and his pursuits in the ring earned him his first movie contract. John Cena began his movie career with the movie “The Marine”, which grossed 22 million with a budget of 15 million. Since then, Cena has starred in numerous movies as one of the main characters or sometimes a supporting one.

John Cena has said that Mr. McMahon has given him some best advice
Since his movie debut John Cena has worked with some big production houses and starred films like Trainwreck, Blockers, bumblebee. He played a major Character in Fast and Furious movie F9 and portrayed the role of Peacemaker in 2021 movie The Suicide Squad. Cena also portrays the part of peacemaker in the spin-off series Peacemaker.
Back in September 2021, John Cena had a chat with Dan Patrick on his podcast “That Scene with Dan Patrick”. When Patrick questioned him about his favorite in-ring actor, he stated that Vince McMahon is the finest in-ring actor in the WWE. Cena had stated that Vince McMahon was built for the villainous Vince persona he established during the Attitude Era.
“Vince McMahon. This is his thing and he took it from being a regional thing to national and global. He gets it because he created it. The way he walks, the way he talks, his run as the Chairman in the middle of the Attitude Era, evil Vince, he’s made for it. And he gets it. Like he puts ego and self aside and goes out there and gives everything to it.”
John Cena has praised Vince McMahon in the past in regards to his work ethics and the two have nothing but respect and admiration for each other. John Cena had also said that Vince McMahon had given him the best advice early in his career, Cena had said that Mr. McMahon told him to give his one hundred percent always and if he gives his everything to his craft then he will figure out what improvements he can do to make it better next time.
