John Cena is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers to ever lace up his boots and step inside that ring. The Fast and Furious star is currently busy in filming the brand new season of his hit DC series The Peacemaker in Vancouver. Although, Cena has transitioned himself fully in the bright lights of Hollywood, he always comes back jumping around the place he calls his home and that’s the WWE.

The legendary superstar have commented multiple times that no matter what level of success he achieves in life, he would never forget the place from where it all started. We could not deny the fact that John Cena have not been the same for WWE fans as once used to be back in the day but every good thing eventually comes to an end and for us its the WWE career of John Cena as a full-timer nowadays.

Even nearing his 50s, the Franchise Player has shown absolutely zero signs of slowing down upon anything then whether it be doing multiple projects at a time Or buying time to compete in front of the WWE Universe. Cena was last seen on WWE television this past June where he celebrated his 20th Anniversary with the company which has been a truly remarkable journey through the years. Although he was initially rumoured to compete at this year’s Summerslam against Theory, the build actually never started and Cena went off programming following his one time appearance.

If John Cena would announce his WWE departure today itself then also he doesn’t needs to worry about if there was anything left for him to accomplish in WWE (except for the Intercontinental Championship) but apart from that John Cena enjoyed one of the greatest careers of all time in this business ever.

During an interview with TMZ back in 2019, the 16-time World Champion almost handed his fans a major heartbreak by revealing his plans to hang up his boots from the ring sooner than later. The correspondent stopped Cena and congratulated him for the release of Fast and Furious movie where John talked about the crew members and everything related for the production including his thougts about WWE retirement saying that his days as a WWE superstar might be numbered.
