Usually, WWE stinks at producing new theme songs for their superstars. The fans have openly criticized Def Rebel for the kind of tracks they’ve been preparing for on-screen characters in WWE. They have a big chip on their shoulders now, as they try to get off the jinx while recording a brand new theme song for DIY, consisting of Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa.

Gargano recently went live on his Twitch channel and confirmed that the DIY will get a new theme song by next week. The former NXT North American Champion described it as cool and something fresh. He also hoped that the fans would keep that track in mind even years from now. Back during their time in NXT, Gargano and Ciampa used to come out to Chrome Hearts, composed by CFOs.

Ever since his promotion to the main roster, Johnny Gargano has adopted a remix version of the original Rebel Heart theme. It doesn’t have that catchy vibe to it, and the fans have implicitly expressed their discord. On the other hand, Tommaso Ciampa did revert to his ‘No One Will Survive’ theme from NXT back in May this year. However, they’ll now go as a cohesive unit on Raw.

Next week on the Halloween edition of Monday Night Raw, the DIY will take on Imperium members Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci. It will be Gargano and Ciampa’s first match together in over three years. This past Monday, Johnny Wrestling overcame the mind games of Imperium after Tommaso Ciampa arrived at his buddy’s aid.

Will the new theme song lead to Johnny Gargano’s resurgence with Tommaso Ciampa?

DIY might be a new sheriff in town for the main roster audience. However, their heroics in NXT are well-known and can’t be ruled out just yet. Neither Johnny Gargano nor Tommaso Ciampa have indeed been able to replicate the kind of finesse on the red brand they’ve shown in the past.

WWE CCO Triple H has been a huge admirer of both Gargano and Ciampa. However, the CCO hasn’t been able to provide the kind of showing they deserve to his dream prospects from NXT. However, the latest chapter in DIY’s quest for resurgence is about to begin.

They would want to capitalize on this one and show the world why their fans from NXT hold Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa in such high regard. And who knows if their current beef with Imperium eventually leads to Gargano crossing paths with Gunther at some point.
