Karrion Kross has one of the best gimmicks on the WWE main roster. Without a doubt, he grew in stature due to his unique presentation. One of the key elements of the SmackDown superstar’s persona has been his wife and on-screen manager, Scarlett Bordeaux. Recently, Kross spoke about the side effects of working with his partner in the WWE.
While speaking with Chris Van Vliet, the former NXT Champion, detailed how he dealt with Bordeaux’s male fans. First, Karrion Kross revealed that there would be longer lines for his wife whenever they attended autograph signings. However, this doesn’t bother the couple, as they understand their business. Furthermore, Kross mentioned that if they were working together at their previous jobs, it would be a different case.
This is what Karrion Kross said:
So, initially, I was a bouncer; she would work as a bartender or cocktail waitress. If we were never in the entertainment industry and we had people come up to us and behave like that, it would be perceived completely differently. Like I would definitely punch a hole through someone's head and go to jail.Karrion Kross on the Chris Van Vliet show.
The duo has no issue with Scarlett Bordeaux’s ‘cr*zy’ fanbase. As of late, Karrion Kross has been teasing rivalries against several superstars on the Blue brand. His most notable feud came against AJ Styles earlier this year. Fans have waited for Kross to reach the same heights he achieved during his NXT stint.

Karrion Kross revealed plans for Bray Wyatt rivalry for WrestleMania 39
Windham Rotunda, better known as Bray Wyatt, sadly passed away on August 24, leaving behind a remarkable legacy. Before his serious health issues, the second-generation superstar was to compete at WrestleMania 39. While many believed the Eater of Worlds would face Bobby Lashley, Karrion Kross recently revealed that he was chosen to take on Wyatt.
During an interview with Chris Van Vliet, the 38-year-old detailed the plans drafted earlier this year, which would culminate at WrestleMania. According to Kross, a select few behind-the-scenes people knew about the planned match. Furthermore, the pair discussed their character work and how everything would transpire.
This is what Karrion Kross told Chris Van Vliet:
We had ideas with Alexa and Bo and Scarlett. You know, and then everything happened the way it did. But he left a mark on anybody and everybody that he ever met. And it’s just very strange the way everything kind of just played out, like, beautiful and tragic.
Needless to say, Bray Wyatt’s sudden passing was a huge loss to the wrestling community.
