Ken Shamrock is known for his pioneering transition from MMA to professional wrestling. He has not appeared on WWE television or in the media for quite a while. He also didn’t feature in a WWE game for several years, but that appears to have changed with his return in WWE 2K24.

This highly anticipated return to the main-line WWE video games sees Shamrock as a playable legend, a role he last held in WWE 2K16 in 2015. His reappearance has reignited excitement among fans, who have long awaited the chance to play as the legend.

The announcement of Shamrock’s inclusion in the WWE 2K24 was made by WWE Games on X, where fans were asked to share their opinion for the game’s legend lineup. In addition to the expectation, the upcoming sports video game WWE 2K24 will showcase fresh faces such as Grammy Award winner Bad Bunny. It has caused a lot of excitement among fans since it is due for release on March 8th, 2024. Furthermore, the game developers are planning future DLC characters to ensure that players have more fun playing the game.

Brock Lesnar missing from WWE 2K24 Roster

The wrestling world buzzed with anticipation as the full WWE 2K24 roster was unveiled, but one notable absence stole the spotlight: Brock Lesnar. Fans, accustomed to The Beast Incarnate’s dominance, were puzzled over his omission from the lineup. Lesnar’s absence from the game follows his removal from the mobile title WWE Supercard and the 40 Years of WrestleMania edition cover art for WWE 2K24.

Even though no official statement has been made for his absence, rumors have been spreading, pointing out that it might as well be associated with recent lawsuits by former WWE CEO Vince McMahon against him. The lawsuit filed by ex-employee Janel Grant accuses her employer of s*x trafficking and abuse, which includes mentioning an unnamed retired UFC Champion turned wrestler.

This speculation gained traction when people noted Lesnar’s absence from the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber match cards, as well as his omission from WWE 2K24 advertisements. There are previous legal issues that have resulted in limited visibility for The Beast Incarnate. For instance, his doping violation suspension led to his omission from the UFC 200 video game.
