“You GLAMORIZE a Lifestyle That Kills People” Kevin Nash Finally Reveals What Killed His Son

It has only been a few days since Kevin Nash‘s son Tristen Nash Passed away at the age of 26. The news had sent shockwaves to the wrestling industry as various superstars and fans came forward to pay their condolences to the family in the hard times. However, there was no clear picture regarding the cause of the death of the 26-year old.
But now the Hall of Famer himself has come forward to break his silence on the matter and told what led to his son’s painful demise. While speaking on the recent episode of his Kliq This Podcast, Kevin Nash revealed that his son Tristen Nash was having continuous alcohol issues and that became the ultimate reason for his death.
He revealed that Tristen suffered from seizures and then went into cardiac arrest both probably because of staying away from alcohol. The Hall of Famer also revealed that both him and his son had decided to give up on alcohol after the former had discovered that his son was drinking 5-6 beer bottles everyday.
But just like every addiction has its repercussions and the same happened with Tristen as well. Talking about in detail Nash said- “We both had decided that we were going to stop drinking. So, it was a situation where we both went cold turkey. I don’t think either of us felt great because you stop drinking coffee for a day and you get a headache.”
He further said that both of them were suffering from the same. Kevin Nash further emphasized on the fact that he and his wife knew that Tristen was struggling with it and were keeping tabs on him as they knew that seizures are common while trying to overcome the alcohol addiction.

Kevin Nash Takes a Step Back from the Glamorizing World of Wrestling
The Hall of Famer said that he has always promoted “the rock ‘n’ roll, hard-charging, hard-drinking, drug-partying, wrestling world” and thus would like to take a step back from it. He further termed himself a part of the problem that he glamorized a lifestyle that kills people.
Kevin Nash further termed alcohol as a nasty drug which first took the life of his best friend Scott Hall and now his 26-yr old son Tristen. In the final minutes of his podcast he thanked everyone for reaching out to him in these difficult times and felt sorry to those who he couldn’t give a reply to.
He also got emotional while talking about his son and said that even after being autistic he had a very high IQ and made him proud. Nash also revealed that he received messages from the likes of Ric Flair, Vince McMahon, Rhyno and many more.
