Kevin Owens never holds back anything. If he’s got something that needs to be off his chest, the French-Canadian gets it done firsthand. This year, he didn’t get to participate in the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match. Fans might argue over the fact that he wasn’t considered due to being one half of the Undisputed Tag Team Champions.

However, Kevin doesn’t see it that way. He just loves playing with those ladders and getting thrown around. Over the years, Owens took part in numerous ladder matches. That seemingly aggravated his affinity for them. After being left off this year’s field in London, KO recently blew up in an interview with Mark Andrews.

Expressing how much it actually stinks, he said, “I’m actually a little annoyed I’m not in it this year. I love ladders. I love ladder matches, I think I thrive in them. To not get to do it kind of sucks.” As noted by himself, The Prizefighter always goes the extra mile in ladder matches. Also, he’s taken some of the most sickening bumps through the ladders in those outings.

In all seriousness, Kevin Owens loves being a daredevil. He derives pleasure from risking it all while putting his body on the line. The former Universal Champion has endured various wounds that come with these highly vulnerable ladder matches. That being said, if WWE misses out on him once again, he might just go on a serious rant against them.

Did Kevin Owens wrestle in London last week?

Despite not having a match at Money in the Bank, Kevin Owens did wrestle the night before. He and Sami Zayn defended their tag team titles against Pretty Deadly on SmackDown. Even after wrestling in their backyards, Elton Prince & Kit Wilson weren’t able to turn the crowd against Zayn & Owens.

Needless to say, the challengers had a pretty decent showing. Even though they did not capture the gold, it was a pure learning experience for the former NXT stars. They were as confident as ever. It’s just that they need to get their footing right and gain more experience about how things work on the main roster.

The management is already high on the English duo. At present, the former 2-time NXT Tag-Team Champions are associated with Austin Theory. It remains to be seen how long it will be until Pretty Deadly dumps the current United States Champion and embarks on their journey as a legit pairing.
