“You dress like John Cena before he got good”! Kevin Owens sends a stern message to Ezekiel
John Cena and Ezekiel
Kevin Owens has been dealing with some major issues on-screen. While the Prizefighter claims that Ezekiel, who appeared on Raw after WrestleMania 38, is not the one that he claims, the evidences prove to be against him. Owens has been trying to expose Ezekial as Elias who has got his beard, moustache, and clothes changed which has made him look something different.
But Ezekiel claims to be the brother of Elias and has been trying to prove it to the former WWE Champion for a long time now. Though Owens has been having impression of a liar in front of the WWE Universe for a long time now, it is hard to say that this time as well, he is not speaking the truth. In a recent live event, Owens once again continued to stand with the fact that Ezekial was Elias, and also said that he looked like John Cena when the Hollywood megastar was just a new superstar.
While not many have taken their dig on it, but Booker T revealed his feeling for Kevin Owens recently
WWE legend, Booker T recently opened up on the confusing storyline between Kevin Owens and Ezekiel and a took a dig at the company for that as well. Though the Hall fo Famer said that he wanted Ezekiel to perform as Elias on WWE TV, he had no idea of what could happen between the two men. Here’s what he said:
“I look for the guy’s talent more than anything, I look for the hidden talents. Stuff that you can feel it, but you can’t see it. I look at a guy like Kevin Owens, and I say, ‘this guy is evolving as far as his talent goes.’ Right now, he’s doing character stuff with Ezekiel, of course, he just came off the stuff with Stone Cold Steve Austin. But, I feel like he’s a guy that is going to be able to be put in a position that you’re going to be able to bank on him going out there and delivering. No matter where you place him.”
“I’m going to just say it like it is, I like stuff like this. Everybody can’t be in the title picture at one time. Everybody just can’t be on the show going out and displaying how good of a wrestler they are. I’ve always said that Elias, for me, before the Ezekiel, I’d rather see this guy play his guitar every week as opposed to actually going out and wrestle. Let’s build this guy up enough to where he can actually do a real concert. That’s where my mind was thinking. The wrestling was a backdrop.” – WrestlingInc
