“I should get back in the ring”; Female “Ruthless Aggression Era” fame keen on returning to WWE at Royal Rumble

Royal Rumble events in WWE realistically act as hotspots for attracting former superstars. Over the years, we’ve witnessed a bunch of part-timers and semi-retired WWE Superstars make their in-ring returns at the marquee event. We just can’t preempt who’s slated to come out from the gorilla position and become a cause for people’s elation.

The latest name on that list of superstars can be Kristal Marshall. The woman made her debut back in 2005 where she first appeared as a participant in Raw Diva Search. One of her most prominent storylines came when she began flirting with Teddy Long and eventually confessed her love for then-positioned General Manager of WWE SmackDown.

During a recent interview with Just Alyx, Marshall revealed her intentions to wrestle once again. She quoted how she still receives texts from fans, asking for her in-ring return. Adding further, she mentioned how she’s been waiting for that one “call” from WWE to crawl back into the squared circle. On a concluding note, Marshall requested Triple H to bring her back once again.

“Oh, absolutely. I’ve been waiting on this call. I’ve been waiting for this call for the past few years. I’m in the best shape of my life. I would love to have one more chance to walk down that runway and hear the fans pop. Like there’s nothing better than that. Yeah, Hunter [Triple H], call me. Call your girl. Make it happen.”

Kristal Marshall destined for a Royal Rumble return in 2023?

This might be a little known fact to many, but, The Almighty Bobby Lashley was the boyfriend of Kristal Marshall for quite a few years. They even had two children as a product of their love. However, in April of 2010, the female superstar confirmed to have split up with Lashley. At present, the former WWE Champion isn’t known to be in any kind of relationship with anyone.

After some rumors entered the market about her potential martial status with Bobby Lashley, she had to clear things up. On the top of her voice, she claimed that they never got tied in those divine strands of marriage, despite staying engaged for so long. The reason behind their breakup is still not known and there must’ve been some valid reasons between the two which prevented them to ultimately marry each other.

Nevertheless, the prime focus of Kristal Marshall seems like a wrestling comeback and it should be fun for her, at least. Royal Rumble next year will emanate from San Antonio in Texas at The Alamodome. We don’t know how much gifts are already wrapped for us by Triple H, there’s only one way to find out, and that’s to wait until Royal Rumble 2023.
