Drew McIntyre has long been a dominant force in the ring, but recently, he’s taken his aggression to new heights. With a newfound edge, McIntyre has become extra aggressive, both in the ring and on social media. His latest target is LA Knight. However, The Megastar has stepped up to the challenge and has responded swiftly on social media.
Drew McIntyre shared a video on X, where he revealed a bold move. The Scottish Warrior took LA Knight’s Slim Jim sponsorship. In the video, he announced a chance for a lucky fan to win a free ride in a Slim Jim GTR with him, along with a hefty sum of money.
After Scottish Warrior announces taking Megastar’s Slim Jim sponsorship. LA Knight quickly fired back on social media, correcting McIntyre’s grammar by stating,
Well first: its “I’ve taken” not “I’ve took” And second: nah nahLA Knight via X
This recent clash between Drew McIntyre and LA Knight is not their first online spat. The Scottish Warrior had previously taken a dig at the Megastar when the latter was enjoying his time with animals in Australia.
LA Knight vs AJ Styles planned for WrestleMania XL
The feud between LA Knight and AJ Styles has been simmering since last October. When the latter was sidelined with an injury, Megastar stepped in to replace him and teamed up with John Cena to take on the Bloodline. However, when The Phenomenal One returned from injury, he blamed Knight for taking his spot.
Since their initial confrontation, the rivalry between Knight and Styles has continued to build and grow. The tension reached a boiling point when the former cost The Phenomenal One the Elimination Chamber qualifier match. Enraged by Knight’s interference, Styles retaliated by attacking Knight during the Elimination Chamber match itself.
It seems like WWE is potentially planning to build on the feud between LA Knight and AJ Styles, culminating in a match at WrestleMania. If this comes to fruition, it could be a significant moment for Megastar, as defeating a veteran like The Phenomenal One on the grand stage would undoubtedly be a major push for his career.
