LA Knight To Return to NXT Tonight Amid Recent Character Change

It has been an interesting journey for LA Knight on the main roster to say the least. After making debut as Max Dupri on SmackDown, he managed the faction called Maximum Male Models, after making a recent character change. Before making a transition into the character of Max Dupri, he had indefinite popularity that he earned in NXT as The LA Knight.
Fearless and Ferocious on the mic, and top charisma in the ring as well. Before arriving in WWE, Dupri had made a name for himself on the indie circuits and fighting as Eli Drake in TNA. When Knight had arrived on SmackDown, people were ecstatic as they knew the potential Dupri was bringing with him to the Blue Brand.
However as the owner of Maximum Male Models, he was not definitely feeling his element and the audience was not able to get behind the faction as well. Thus, Knight reverted back to his old gimmick and is now all set to appear on his original home tonight NXT.

LA Knight is another name added in the long list of main roster superstars that are scheduled to appear on NXT tonight. Apart from Knight, THE OC, Aj Styles, Rhea Ripley, Raquel Rodriguez, and Kevin Owens are also slated to appear on Tonight’s show as the developmental territory looks out for the final build up heading to its special show Halloween Havoc.
The man himself tweeted to inform WWE Universe that he’ll be present at NXT Tonight. Knight increased the excitement of the fans just tweeting the news just minutes before the show. Though still needs to be seen how Knight is going to contribute to the show as he was not advertised for the show earlier.
He can be involved in a backstage segment and much more. The company needs to find the best way to use him around NXT so that it can also be beneficial for him as he looks out for re developing his character. Though it also needs to be seen what the company has in store for him as he teased an heel on Friday Night SmackDown.
The NXT card looks jam packed for tonight with a couple of main roster appearances. Under the new regime it has become a common practice to trade main roster superstars to NXT and vice versa.
