According to the papers, the corporations’ investments in Garcia’s JDM Partners Development #2 LLC and #5 LLC resulted in losses of nearly $2 million. Following the investment, these two companies filed for bankruptcy, which gave rise to claims that the bankruptcy was a fraud.

According to the Johnson family, who lost all of their money in a real estate market crisis, the bankruptcy of the two companies’ money is just the result of some poor stock exchange. The accusations against Dwayne were that he profited financially from all of these frauds even though he was never involved in any of these things.
