This week, SmackDown was stacked with star power. It featured stars like Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, and even Logan Paul. Speaking of The Maverick, he was involved in a confrontation with Kevin Owens. The two stars tried to pull each other down before their clash at the Royal Rumble. However, Logan delivered a bold statement after Owens called him an outsider.

Kevin Owens stated that Paul is a good athlete. However, he is an outsider. The Social Media Megastar audaciously defended himself, saying he might be one because he doesn’t want to be like him. The US Champion then went on to boast his accolades and achievements in life; he even went on to call himself the crush of every celebrity’s girlfriend.

The Maverick looked more confident than ever, as he didn’t even flinch against Owens. Moreover, Paul divulged the reason for his being in WWE. He stated that he is long overdue on Kevin Owens for his stunner at WrestleMania 37. Later, the friction between the two stars led to them having a fist fight in the middle of the ring.

After a few exchanges, Logan stood tall in the ring. The match between the Prizefighter and The Maverick at the Royal Rumble for the United States Championship. Only time will tell where the future of both stars is headed. It is going to be interesting from here on out between Paul and Owens with them being on the collision course.

Grayson Waller claims he is Logan Paul’s mentor

Logan Paul has been doing a remarkable job on SmackDown. He has achieved great success in a short career. He has faced a number of top stars and has even won a championship in the company. Recently, Aussie Icon Grayson Waller claimed that he is somewhat of a mentor of the Maverick.

In an interview with Sunrise, Waller stated that Paul is a great guy and has been doing an amazing job. He took a hilarious shot at LA Knight as well, saying he was not happy with his arrival in WWE. Grayson added that he has the opportunity to help him out sometimes. He went on to say that he is like a mentor to the 28-year-old star.

Logan is a great guy. People like LA [Knight] aren’t happy he’s in the WWE. I think Logan has been great in WWE. He’s come in and he really likes what we do. He’s a crazy man. He’ll do pretty much whatever it takes. It’s nice having a guy like Logan around. I get to help him out. I’m kind of his mentor in many ways.

It is to be noted that it was in the same interview with Grayson Waller that his infamous incident took place. As of now, Waller and Logan have never shared a ring together in WWE. It is going to be interesting in the future to see if the two stars will ever come face-to-face.
