The current United States Champion, Logan Paul, always finds a way to stay in the limelight. The Maverick is known for his freak athleticism and his commitment to give his 100% in anything he does. Despite that, he could not beat the vertical jump record of fellow WWE Superstar, Montez Ford. 

The 28-year-old shared a video on X in which he noticed the NXT leaderboard for a vertical jump. Logan tried to break the record for Ford, which was 11 ft. 2 in., multiple times; he got close but unfortunately failed to do so. After realizing how hard it was to break his record, Logan heaped praise on The Steet Profits member.

Logan Paul has been a fantastic U.S. Champion, defeating Kevin Owens at the Royal Rumble and retaining his title. Currently, he is participating in qualifying matches for a place in the Elimination Chamber match. The 28-year-old battles The Miz on the upcoming episode of SmackDown in what will be his first match on the Blue brand.

Only time will tell whether he will be able to qualify for the Elimination Chamber match and go on to challenge World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins or not. Meanwhile, Montez Ford is involved in a rivalry with Karrion Kross and the Authors of Pain. There are high expectations for the 33-year-old star, who can further prosper in a singles run in the future.

Logan Paul tried to break the vertical jump record of Montez Ford, but he fell just short. The latter showed respect for Paul, and he also praised the U.S. Champ for making a commendable effort. The fans were really happy to see the mutual respect between both of the superstars.

The former Tag Team Champion took to X, replied to the video of Logan, and respected his effort. However, with praise, Montez also hinted at the two fighting in the ring in the future. The two superstars are extremely athletic and have shown what they can do in many matches.

There is speculation regarding Montez finally getting an opportunity to go after Logan for the U.S. Title. During a recent episode of SmackDown, Montez’s wife and former WWE Women’s Champion, Bianca Belair, and The Maverick had a little scuffle. Therefore, many believe that this was a tease for a future showdown between Paul and Ford.
