Los Lotharios speak about their kiss cam segments in WWE
Los Lotharios, a new tag team on the blue brand have made a name for themselves by a special segment of ‘Kiss Cam’. Los Lotharios pride themselves of not being any tree huggers or plant- kissers rather the successful tag team consisting of real life cousins Angel and Humberto, the family duo find ladies in the crowd to create a Kiss Cam segment. Kiss Cam segments have been made famous at various sports games around the United States.
What did Los Lotharios say about their Kiss Cam segment?
The family duo of Angel and Humberto also known as Los Lotharios recently appeared for an Interview with TV insider wherein they revealed that they only like to use real crowd members for the kiss cam segments. However they also added that when it comes to doing that segment of live TV is a completely different story.
Here’s what they had to say: “ During live events, we do a normal crowd member. Right now, we have to make sure during TV they are safe, especially with COVID. There is even testing. I remember back in the day during Raw, I would do that spot. I was asking for kisses from the ladies. By the beginning of the pandemic, I stopped doing it.”
Angel also reflected and spoke about his tweets wherein he said that his kisses would cure covid.
This is what he said, “We didn’t realize how big it was that I was still doing it. I would joke that my kisses were the cure for COVID. Right now, those words are killing me. They are like, “Remember these tweets”—I totally messed up. But the “Kiss Cam” was something I brought to the table. What if both of us do some kiss with some ladies? We started working on that. It came out great. We are getting those reactions we want. I think it is going to work even better.”
Who are Los Lotharios?
WWE, just a few days ago filed a trademark on the Los Lotharios tag team name which could mean that the company had big things in store for the family duo, Angel and Humberto.
Los Lotharios debuted in September 2021 on Monday Night Raw and since then they have been making a name for themselves because of their famous kiss cam segments. Humberto recently took on Madcap Moss on SmackDown. It still remains to be seen how WWE books the dynamic duo in future.
