Madcap Moss reflects on his Andre the Giant Battle Royal win at SmackDown this year

Madcap Moss is one of the talented WWE superstars on the current roster of WWE. This year has been going on quite well for Moss as he won the Andre the Giant Battle Memorial, which is one of the significant achievements in the WWE.
Thereafter, he was involved in a feud with Baron Corbin, which saw him turn face for the first time in his WWE career. Madcap Moss defeated Corbin on all the three occasions that they faced each other.
Madcap Moss even won the No.1 contender’s match and qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match but failed to win at the event. Recently, he challenged Solo Sikoa to a match for the NXT North American Championship but failed to win.
Moss possesses the physical attributes necessary to succeed as a WWE Champion in the future. His attractive figure also contributes to his competitive edge. Though he may not be great in the ring as of now, he is decent and will improve over time.
Recently, during an appearance on WWE Die Woche, Madcap Moss spoke about his Andre the Giant Battle Memorial win. Moss reflected on the triumph and described it as wonderful. He said that the elimination of Finn Balor by him at the end was an added bonus. He talked about how Andre was a great legend who is still well-known today, thus winning the battle royal in his honor was an extremely significant accomplishment.
“Unbelievably special, and you know, ……Just André himself is one of the biggest, absolute biggest legends in the world really, let alone this industry. Just so well known, even to this day,”
Madcap Moss speaks about his friendship with the former US Champion
In the same interview, Moss discussed his bond with former world champion Finn Balor. Moss stated that despite coming from very different backgrounds when they first met in the NXT, they connected, shared an apartment, and went on to work together.
Moss described how Balor gave him advice and pushed him to try new things without being frightened of failure. He also revealed how Brock Lesnar once pulled him aside and offered him guidance, and that he learns things from everyone in the locker room.
“Finn Balor was a guy who I started with [in NXT] at the same time…… We bonded, we lived in the same apartment complex and we drove to work every day together. He was definitely a guy who helped guide me along and more than anything…. I think that’s true in life.”
Karrion Kross recently fought Moss on the latest edition of SmackDown. He lost the match to Kross as The Doomwalker locked him in the Kross Jacket to win the match.
