“I’m hurt,” Mandy Rose breaks silence on her WWE release

Mandy Rose's release from WWE wasn't liked by a majority of the audience. It now comes out that Mandy herself was "hurt" with the step that WWE took.

Mandy Rose left the WWE Universe stunned hardly a month ago after WWE released her from their contract on an immediate basis. The former NXT Women’s Champion dropped the title to Roxanne Perez, and within 24 hours, WWE placed her on the list of alumni on their official website.

WWE had been quick to make the decision. Mandy Rose’s premium content on her FanTime account violated the policies that the company has set for its stars. While many took Mandy’s side and tried to convince the WWE authorities to bring her back, it was in vain. Mandy herself never spoke of what she went through when she was fired until she appeared as a guest on the ‘Tamron Hall Show’.

Mandy Rose confessed that WWE had helped her a lot, and she would be forever grateful for everything. “I can’t even say I’m wronged,” she said. However, she confessed that she felt very hurt after receiving the call that informed her of the firing. It is very obvious to be shattered after giving so much to a company and getting such treatment in return.

Mandy Rose then jotted down her achievements and everything that she has done for the NXT Women’s division. Losing her title felt like a “gut punch” to her, and she felt that it let her down in front of all the women who looked to her for inspiration and were new to the pro wrestling world. Despite feeling lost during her peak time, Mandy confesses that she is grateful for whatever time she spent inside the WWE ring.

Speaking on the Tamron Hall Show, the longest reigning NXT Women’s Champion claimed that WWE didn’t tell her that her FanTime account was the reason behind her firing. She also said WWE once told her to take down her content, and she complied. She, on the other hand, has accepted that whatever happens is for the best.

Mandy Rose’s FanTime page got a massive boost post her release and within December, the former WWE star made over $1 million. While the release process was being carried out, the star received much support from her fans as well as her co-stars. Soon after the firing, she took to her FanTime page to thank all the fans for their support.

WWE claimed that her account had explicit content that was beyond WWE’s policies. This compelled the authorities to take a bold step and release their champ from the company’s cards. No one knows what Mandy’s future in WWE will look like. However, with her continuing the premium content page, the plans that WWE will take her back seem quite bleak.
