Recently, the WWE women’s tag team roster has found a new resurgence. Many tag teams have stepped up and openly expressed their desire to become the Tag Team Champions. Now, there may be a possibility of a formation of a new tag team between two stars. Current NXT superstar Fallon Henley has requested WWE legend Mickie James to team up with her.
WWE shared a post on X of the women’s tag team match on Raw. The 29-year-old replied to WWE’s post and proposed to James the idea of forming a team with her. She revealed that James taught her to be a ‘hardcore country’ and win the tag titles together. This was a reference to her song ‘Hardcore Country’. Henley even offered to bring the drinks if she agreed to her offer.
Mickie James hear me out... what if we saddled up, you taught me to be hardcore country and we went for the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles. I'll bring the drinks!Fallon Henley to Mickie James (via X)

Fallon debuted on NXT in 2021 as a country girl who worked at her family’s bar to pay for her wrestling training. She even won tag team titles with Kiana James. Fallon recently participated in the women’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT: Deadline, but unfortunately managed to score only 1 point in the match.
Mickie James has become a veteran in the wrestling industry. She has been wrestling on IMPACT for a while now but made a surprise appearance in the Royal Rumble 2022 event. Moreover, WWE surprisingly acknowledged her as the Impact Knockouts World Champion. Fallon and James forming a team is possible as James’ husband, Nick Aldis, is now working for WWE.
Fallon Henley and Tiffany Stratton to go one-on-one next week on NXT
The rivalry between Fallon Henley and Tiffany Stratton is getting more intense day by day. They have been going at each other for months now and have wrestled each other twice. Stratton won both of the matches and hence has an upper hand going into their upcoming match.

The bad blood between them stems from Henley suffering a concussion during a match against Stratton. The Buff Barbie’s attempt to perform the Prettiest Moonsault failed as she landed awkwardly. During their rivalry, Henley even tried to impersonate Stratton to insult her.
WWE announced that both superstars will go one-on-one against each other on next week’s edition of NXT. Recently, they were both involved in the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge but failed to pick up the victory. It will be interesting to see who emerges victorious and whether this heated rivalry is settled once and for all.
