“How tough is jail,” MVP makes fun of Dominik Mysterio for his stint in jail recently
As Dominik tries to lean more towards a "hardened criminal" persona, MVP took a shot at the young star on his recent Instagram post.

MVP and Dominik Mysterio
The fans have seen Dominik Mysterio in a new avatar recently. The 25-year-old spent time in jail as he tried to invade his dad, Rey Mysterio’s house on Christmas Eve. Dominik came back exaggerating his time in the cell, and it seems like even other WWE superstars are now making fun of him, along with the fans. MVP jumped on the bandwagon and took a shot at the young star.
While posting a photo of him and Dominik on Instagram, MVP made fun of this recent character change in Dominik. He joked, “Spent the entire flight listening to this guy tell me how tough jail is. He told me that I better stay outta trouble because I don’t look like the type that can handle that scene. I just nodded.” Dominik, whose face is not visible in the photo, played along with the joke, commenting, “Hard knock life…”
The fans might know that MVP was convicted of armed robbery and kidnapping at the age of 16. He served nearly a decade in prison for this charge. Since then, he has turned his life around and put that dark past behind him. Now, he is known all around the world for his excellent promos and in-ring work. From this recent post, it is evident how much MVP has moved on, as he openly makes fun of his past as well. Recently, we have seen him on Raw, trying to reunite with his former faction, The Hurt Business.
MVP trying to reform the Hurt Business

MVP’s major role since his WWE return has been as the manager of Hurt Business. The faction of Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, and Cedric Alexander was a force to reckon with during their brief run in 2020-21. While Benjamin and Alexander held the Raw tag titles, Bobby Lashley reached a career-high by winning the WWE Championship for the first time as part of the faction. The faction was disbanded as Lashley became more irritated with Cedric and Shelton.
MVP and Bobby Lashley didn’t end their partnership on good terms either. MVP betrayed the former WWE champion by siding with Omos during their feud. This is why on last week’s episode of Raw when MVP tried to extend the olive branch to Lashley, it was turned down. However, it all seems like a slow burn toward a full-fledged Hurt Business reunion soon.
This recent post by MVP, taking a dig at Dominik Mysterio, could also be a tease of a possible Hurt Business and Judgment Day feud. And if Lashley joins his faction mates, the numbers might line up for an entertaining 6-man tag match in the future.
