WWE superstar Natalya recently achieved a huge milestone as she has now completed 15 years in the company and made her 13th WrestleMania appearance at this year’s April Extravaganza. The Queen of Harts appeared on Insight and talked about her career in WWE with Chris Van Vliet.
WrestleMania 39 marked Natalya’s 13th WrestleMania appearance and 11th Mania match. This was a feat achieved by no other woman in WWE. Another achievement was that Natalya officially completed 15 years with the company Although The Queen of Harts came up short in her match at Mania, she accomplished a feat that no woman has ever achieved in the company. Speaking with Chris Van Vliet, Natalya also talks about how her uncle, Bret Hart, fought for Owen Hart to get a huge push in WWE.
In the interview, Natalya talks about various things, from how many WrestleManias she has been in to what her favorite Bret Hart match is. It is while talking about her favorite Bret Hart match that The Queen of Harts revealed a truth about The Hitman. When asked what her favorite Bret Hart match is, she answered that for her, it was Bret vs. Owen Hart at WrestleMania 10.
According to Natalya, for a lot of people, it would either be Steve Austin vs. Bret Hart or Shawn Michaels vs. Bret Hart. However, the simplicity of Owen’s and Bret’s match was enough to earn it a spot on Nattie’s list.
Natalya then talked about how big of a role Bret Hart played in his brother, Owen Hart, getting a huge push in WWE. Originally, Owen and Bret’s match wasn’t planned, and WWE had different plans for them. Apparently, Bret Hart stood up for his brother, telling Vince that he wanted Owen to have his moment. The two then went on to have a great match that saw Owen Hart emerge victorious.
She said, “A lot of people don’t know this, Bret was a huge catalyst for Owen getting a huge push in WWE”, said Natalya. “Vince McMahon, there was a different direction they were going to go with Bret that year, and it wasn’t with Owen. Bret stood up and said no I want Owen to have this moment, to be a part of this match, I want him in this.”
Natalya said that what she admired the most was how Bret Hart stood up and fought for his brother. In doing so, The Hitman created a magical moment that has lived on for years. Owen was playing the bad guy at the time but was actually a sweet person.

The Queen of Harts has actually set a new world record for women in WWE. WrestleMania 39 marked her 13th WrestleMania appearance and 11th Mania match. She went on to say how she never took anything for granted.
She also talked about how her dad, Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart talked about his WrestleMania moment till the day he died. Natalya further added how she never took anything for granted, especially all the hard work she has done to get where she is now. She went through the Divas era, and the Women’s Evolution era and is here now for 15 years with the company.
Lastly, she said that it has been an honor for her to be a part of WrestleMania, where WWE smashes records every year. The Queen of Harts is certainly one of the most underrated wrestlers in WWE currently. Fans hope to see more of her in the near future.
