The wait was finally over for wrestling fans when it was announced that Jade Cargill would make her first ever appearance as a SmackDown Superstar next week. Since her earth-shattering debut at the Royal Rumble, fans have been wondering what her road to WrestleMania would look like. The GM of the blue brand, Nick Aldis, commented on SmackDown’s newest acquisition.

Aldis took to X and stated that he signed Jade Cargill as a SmackDown superstar with an outstanding offer. This was the British official’s moral victory over his Raw counterpart Adam Pearce, who fell short to acquire top free agents like Bron Breakker and now Big Jade. The 31-year-old will make her first official appearance on next week’s episode of SmackDown

Even though he suffered a torn bicep a few days ago, the 37-year-old was present on the latest episode of SmackDown. Many fans congratulated him on her signing and claimed that he was already a better general manager than Adam Pearce. As for Cargill, she made a few appearances in backstage segments after the Royal Rumble, teasing multiple feuds with the likes of Iyo Sky and Becky Lynch.

It is still not clear exactly who will be her first challenger in WWE. However, many fans are speculating that she will be involved in a rivalry with Damage CTRL. Her constant involvement in the faction’s business could lead to a six-woman tag team match between them at the Show of Shows. It will be interesting to see whether seeds are planted for her next feud during her appearance on next week’s SmackDown.

Booker T revealed the one thing that WWE shouldn’t do with Jade Cargill

It was made official that Big Jade would be making her first appearance as a SmackDown next week. Fans became excited to see her go against some of the big names in the company, like Bianca Belair. However, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T wasn’t on board with that idea.

A few days ago, on his Hall of Fame podcast, King Booker expressed his opinion on Cargill’s status in WWE. He stated that, as of now, it was not a good idea to pitch her in a tag team with The EST of WWE. The 5-time World Champion felt that they haven’t seen enough of the 31-year-old in singles action.

It might be but I wouldn’t book it. For me it’s not a good look to have any alliances with Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill at this moment where Jade hasn’t done anything yet. She hasn’t set foot in the ring from a singles perspective, now you’re putting her in a tag team? Me personally? I wouldn’t book that match.

Jade Cargill has only made one in-ring appearance since joining WWE. She had an impressive showing at the Royal Rumble as she effortlessly threw Nia Jax out of the ring. Big Jade had to train a lot in the Performance Center before she could make a big splash. However, now she is looking more than ready to wreak havoc in the women’s division.
