The son of WWE legend Hulk Hogan has landed himself in deep waters. As per the online records obtained by TMZ, Nick Hogan bumped his car before sunrise on Saturday. The details suggest that the accident happened just before the clock hit 4 in the morning. Moreover, what’s more interesting is the location where Nick lost control of his vehicle.
The local cops booked him around Clearwater, Florida. It’s the exact place he once drove his friend into trauma back in the 2000s. However, before getting into the past, let’s unveil what Nick is currently up to. The Hulkster’s son’s arrest was on charges of driving under the influence(DUI). Moreover, he allegedly refused to submit to sobriety testing when asked to do so.
As of now, the precise findings of the incident are not public. However, the police officials lodged the case as a misdemeanor. As noticed above, they even made Nick pose for the mug shot. He’s still under official custody and is likely to continue dealing with the officers until they extract everything. By the looks of it, Nick’s arrest is just a simple DUI.
Even if he had committed something worse, Nick would’ve escaped from the jaws of a cell, having the luxury of Hulk Hogan’s son. Though it might not appear ethical, there’s always a pat on the back for such individuals. Not only Nick but his father has also been involved in numerous controversies over the years. The father-son duo hasn’t been able to establish themselves in the good books of their fans.
What happened with Nick Hogan back in the 2000s?
As mentioned above, Nick Hogan would’ve gone back to the 2000s following his latest DUI arrest. While he was a teenager, Nick was once driving with his friend named John Graziano. Hogan’s car eventually crashed, and though he didn’t suffer any severe injury, John suffered a heinous brain injury.
Nick’s arrest was heavily documented and took place in Clearwater, the same place as his latest one. Even after Nick pleaded for no contest, he had to serve an 8-month sentence in regard to the sin he committed.
Not only that, Graziano’s family sued the Hogans for that horrific incident. However, the matter resulted in an out-of-court settlement. Years later, Nick’s guilty again. It remains to be seen what comes out of the investigation currently being carried out by local police in Florida.
