Cora Jade has been one of the most popular upcoming female talents on the WWE roster currently. The NXT War Games match set a benchmark very high for the developmental territory as the new concept not only allowed audiences to relish something fresh and new but also the risks involved in the match made it worth watching.
The 2021 WarGames Match included Cora Jade, Io Shirai (now known as IYO SKY), Kay Lee, and Raquel Gonzalez taking on the team of Dakota Kai and Toxic Attraction. The match saw brutality being unleashed by all the women inside the cage but Jade took it one step further when she decided to dive from the top of the cage to take out Jacy Jane who was laying on a table.
The moment remains of the best moments in the history of WarGames. In a recent interview with Fightful, Cora reflected on her iconic moment at the 2021 WarGames match. Jade revealed that she always loved WarGames but when she learned about her involvement in the 2021 match she decided to take things to a whole new level.
Speaking about the incident Jade said- “ I knew as soon as I found out I was in WarGames, I was like, ‘I’m going off the cage.’ Maybe it’s because I’m young and am like, ‘Yeah, I’ll do it all.’ I did the deathmatch and I love hardcore stuff like that. I knew I had to make a moment out of it and I wanted to be remembered. ” she said.
Basically, Jade wanted to establish herself as the main highlight and wanted to be remembered which she successfully achieved as well as the moment became one of the most talked about moments in the history of NXT.
In the later part of the interview, she also revered her craziest match and termed her death match with Jimmy Lloyd in 2020 as the best match that is also on her bucket list. She described how she is a huge Jon Moxley fan right from his days in The Shield and participating in a death match was one of the most anticipated things in her bucket list as well.

Cora Jade will be looking to notch the level of brutality one step forward as she looks to battle out Roxanne Perez at Halloween Havoc in a Weapons Wild Match and the above-mentioned profile if enough to show that Jade can absolutely be the carnage and inflict a lot of damage in a match like this.
