BIG UPDATE Regarding WWE Bringing Back Old Premium Live Events Next Year

After a recent report suggested that WWE might be cutting off some of its Premium Live Events from next year, another major update has now emerged regarding the PLE’s in contention to appear next year. In a major update it is being reported that WWE is all set to bring back many old premium live events that had been shunned by the company.
Premium Live Events mark the excitement every month end for the WWE fans, but clearly spoil the story building and character development phase for sure. Thus, as per the previous report the company is indeed looking out to cancel some of its Premium Live Events and even replace some.

WWE looking to Bring Back Old Generation Premium Live Events

Now, shedding some more light on the update, Xero News who is known for providing WWE Spoilers and Leaks has provided vital information regarding the changes. Yesterday the user had tweeted that Hell in A Cell was bound to be cancelled, and Elimination Chamber is scheduled to be held in Saudi Arabia as part of the company’s strategic partnership with the country for 10 years.
Now, the same user has further divulged into details and has said that the company is looking to bring nostalgic premium live events. The list includes the likes of Over The Edge, UnForgiven, and No Way Out as well. Interestingly, No Way Out was the official PPV for Elimination Chamber matches before it was replaced by the PPV of the same name in 2010.
But it now looks like the company wants to go old-school with these changes. Though, there’s no word on what premium live events these events will replace but it has almost been confirmed that these three are returning for the slot. Twitter users seemed pretty excited with the changes as they felt that they were living in the nostalgic era of WWE once again.
Though, some rightfully pointed out that bringing back Over The Edge could be a controversial decision, since the unfortunate Owen Hart tragedy had taken place at the same event. Except this the overall reaction to the move is being perceived largely as positive.
Though, no official announcement has been made of yet, and the news could be another passing fad from ear to ear. But the way Triple H is trying to conduct things around, the move seems pretty imminent.
Also, less Premium Live Events will allow proper story building, character development and high voltage rivalries with proper storytelling which Hunter is always hungry for. Thus we’ll have to wait and watch if the premium live events return or not.
