WWE will present their Biggest Party of the Summerslam in less than 2 weeks time emanating from the Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee streaming live on Peacock in USA and WWE Network elsewhere. Talking about the match card the company has been able to put up on papers include the anticipated main event for the Undisputed Universal Championship where Roman Reigns will defend his gold against Brock Lesnar in a LAST MAN STANDING match. They’re dubbing it as their last match ever but knowing the history of Vince’s obsession with this particular match, this match could be their last until the next one happens.

Other championship matches so far made official for Summerslam include the Raw Women’s Championship rematch between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch. The bout received the green signal last night on Monday Night Raw after Belair successfully defended her title against Carmella. After the match, Becky Lynch delivered her patented Manhandle Slam to the champion making a strong statement about her contention to snatch back the Raw Women’s Title.

Coming to another Women’s Title match, the newly crowned Smackdown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan will put her gold on the line against The Baddest Woman on the Planet Ronda Rousey, this match didn’t came outta nowhere as it would be a perfect opportunity for Rousey to take revenge over Morgan after the latter cashed-in her Money in the Bank contract successfully over her.

The Almighty Bobby Lashley will also put his United States Championship to test when he defends his title against the youngest Mr. Money in the Bank in WWE history, Theory and the last championship match to be made official so far is for the Undisputed Universal Tag Team Titles between the champs, The Usos and the Challengers in the form of Street Profits but this time around with a special Guest Referee who is none other than Tennessee’s own Double J – Jeff Jarrett.

Some other preliminary non-title matches for the event include Pat McAfee vs. Happy Corbin, Seth “Freakin” Rollins vs. Riddle, Logan Paul vs. The Miz. In total, 8 matches have been announced as of writing for the marquee event less than two weeks to go. The WWE Universe have some mixed opinions about this year’s Summerslam match card with some of them complaining about the number of rematches being about to unfold while rest of them are hopeful of a good solid show from WWE looking at some of the exciting and intriguing contests ahead.

The WWE management is not happy about the current Summerslam card

WWE Summerslam is less than two weeks away

We told you about how the WWE Universe is divided over how to feel about this year’s Summerslam event in particular. But we now have some inside news coming for the people in WWE itself and their view as how they consider this year’s second biggest WWE show of the year in general and the report is somewhat surprising to be honest.

Few hours ago, WrestleVotes tweeted out that a source within the company has told them that they don’t are really pleased with the current Summerslam card and more importantly the statement has come from the people who had actually put that card on paper themselves. So if someone who himself made the call to decide what’s going to be on the show yet they’re not happy with it, then it surely is a highly considerable situation backstage.
