Lesnar had recently cost Lashley the US Championship match on RAW XXX. He also attacked the almighty on this week’s SmackDown. The rivalry, which clearly hadn’t ended at Crown Jewel, will surely continue.

A third singles match between Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar may be on the cards. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the WWE is pushing hard for Lesnar vs. Lashley to happen. He stated that instead of Gunther, they are looking at Lashley as the probable opponent for Lesnar at WrestleMania.

“It’s possible they could do Lesnar vs Lashley at Elimination Chamber and Lesnar vs GUNTHER at WrestleMania……The GUNTHER one felt like a tease, they felt like something for someday we got this in our pocket, the Lashley one felt like ‘this is a WrestleMania.”
